I have 9 friends who would like a nice long weekend skiing in the New Year. We'd prefer a nice Chalet for the weekend that we can enjoy to ourselves that is near to the central skiing areas of the resorts. We'd like to understand the options for catered or self-catered.

Directly opposite are Morillon, 2.5km, (5 mins drive) and the lovely alpine village of Samoens, 5km (10 minutes drive), which link easily to Flaine, Les Carroz and 265kms of piste which form the Grand Massif range, Frances 4th largest ski area.
You can find a selection of restaurants and an artisan bakery in Verchaix 1.5km down the hill, and Morillon village centre is 2km where you will find the tourist office, ESF, restaurants, bars, , and shops. The nearest supermarket is 3km. In winter there is a ski bus stop 50 meters from the apartment.

Chalet Heidi - Right in the center of Chamonix town, this chalet's location is hard to beat! Heidi is a catered chalet, sleeping up to 10 people. It is very near the Aiguille to Midi lift and right by the bus stop to get the ski bus to the other ski areas. We can do the 19-23rd January for £2999 for the whole chalet! A great deal 
Chalet Chapelle - A luxury chalet set between the Brevent & Flegere ski lifts and a 10 minute walk into town, this chalet is catered with a hot tub and also a drivers service. We can offer the 16-21 Jan for £4950.

We are an owner run luxury chalet based in the beautiful village of Les Houches in the Chamonix Valley, one hour transfer from Geneva airport. The chalet is ski in for anyone who can snow plough turn and the slopes are only a 2 minute walk along the road. We also provide a VIP driver service from 0800-1800 daily to get you all around the resort easily if you take our Catered option!
Our luxury chalet is brand new and purpose built with all 6 bedrooms ensuite. We have 4 large communal areas, separate kitchen, dining rooms and lounge/bar and snug with open fire. We also have a Sauna and jacuzzi with beautiful views across the valley.

Location: Morzine | Dear Ben,
We have our catered Alpine Refuge available for your requested dates.
The Alpine Refuge is located just 8 minutes walk from the SuperMorzine lift and the centre of resort. This chocolate box chalet has 5 bedrooms, an extra bunkbed room (no window), an open plan lounge and dining area with log fire and spectacular views, a second mezzanine lounge with media facilities, free wi-fi internet access, boot warmers, plus a hot tub and a sauna. Even though the chalet is within easy walking distance of the lifts we still offer a minibus service to and from the slopes each day plus the free ski bus stops just at the end of the private drive.
The price is just 100 Euros per person per night. The price includes your breakfast with cooked option, afternoon tea and cakes, a pre-dinner drink and nibbles, plus 4 course evening meal with unlimited wine throughout your meal for your 4 night stay. We provide bed linen, towels, bathrobes and Occitane toiletries,
Please note that we are able to assist with arranging any ski school, ski hire, lift pass and airport transfer requirements that you may have all in advance of your arrival date. We are just 1hr 15mins drive from Geneva.

This perfectly fills a gap for us so can do a great deal for you at £340pp for your 4 night catered stay.
Transfers a further £75 pp return and happy to let have shower facilities on the last day.
We have an amazing weekend location only 1 hour from Geneva, our record from airport pickup to the slopes ready to ski Frances 5th largest linked ski area is one and a half hours. We provide prebooked skis lift passes and transport via ski hire to the telecabine on your arrival day,so with an early flight you will be skiing by lunchtime.
Chalet Bry is modern bright and spacious, with all the facilities needed for an amazing time in this beautiful village.
