We are 3 families looking for a nice chalet in guaranteed slow, close to slopes and a nice town with restaurants.
We have Italy / France / Austria in mind but don't mind which as long as we are high up to get best chance of snow.
Would prefer no more than 2 hour drive from nearest airport.

The Chalet has 4 double/twins and a quad room and is on the piste at the bottom of a blue or green run as well as 3 ski lifts, right next to the ski school meeting point. It is at 1485m so great for snow. The location really cannot be beaten.

Valmorel is great for beginners through to advanced skiers, the nearest green run being 50m from the front door of the chalet but there are plenty of challenging blacks and some great back country. "Les Portes du Soleil" which boasts 650km of skiing and being on the Swiss boarder you could ski in two countries in one day.

Catered rate 800€ per person. Children under 12 have a 20% discount and the under 2’s stay for free.
Alpe d’Huez is a high altitude resort, ensuring great skiing conditions throughout the season. Fantastic for skiers and boarders of all levels.
