Chalet Namika is an independently run chalet by Ian and myself (June). We aim to provide a relaxing atmosphere where you can chill out after an exciting days skiing. Chalet Namika is a ski in, ski out chalet situated on the sunny slopes of Alpe d’Huez which benefits from glacier skiing. We offer a high level of service with excellent food and complimentary fine wines, draft beer and spirits with evening meals.
Chalet Namika sleeps 16 people in either twin or triple rooms.
There is a large lounge/dining area with a log fireplace and TV,
A soundproof Cine’ room with a large screen for watching DVD’s.
We have a hot tub on the terrace and a steam room on the ground floor.
Alpe d’Huez is the perfect setting for a great skiing holiday and can cater for all levels of skier and snowboarder. The chalet is a ten minute walk from the village, however only a 2 minute ski to the main chairlifts and gondolas.
There is also a free bus into the village which runs every 10 mins.

Chalet Grande Etoile is a traditional classic chalet situated in the main street of the old town in Alpe d'Huez. The open-plan living and dining area has a comfortable, cosy, home-from-home feel. The superb central location of the chalet means that you are close to the shops, restaurants and bars plus the three main lift systems within two minutes walk. The chalet has been finished with alpine furnishings with a modern twist, a style which continues in all of the en suite bedrooms. The wellness area is a superb spot to relax in after a great day on the mountain, and don’t forget to relax on the balcony which, along with some of the bedrooms, enjoys superb views of the valley. Chalet Brio is available, we are located in Samoens one of the villages of the Grand Massif, we don't have the big British tour operators and still manage to retain the real French ski resort charm. We have 265km of Piste and new for the 2017/18 season Europe’s longest and fastest lift opening up a brand new 42hectre bowl to play in. For convenience we are also only 50mins from Geneva, less then a minutes walk from the ski bus and only 3 minutes to 3 major lifts (we run private courtesy shuttles to the lifts)
We get your day started with a full breakfast including pastries, cereal, eggs, bacon, fruit, tea coffee and juices. When you come back from the slopes we will have a homemade cake freshly made. In the evening a 4 course evening meal is served including a cheeseboard and port every evening and complimentary unlimited wine and soft drinks. Chalet Nordchamp is only an hour from Geneva airport, so nice short transfer times. The ski area is the Grand Massif - 265km of awesome skiing - both in the tree-lined villages and high-up above the tree line in Flaine (2,500m). We have an en-suite double room available in our seven bedroom catered chalet in St Jean d'Aulps just outside Morzine. The price for the week commencing Saturday 30th December would be £509 per person reduced from £799.
Food is exceptionally important to us and we can promise you food way beyond the usual chalet menu. We have a Certificate of Excellence on Trip Advisor so please do have a look to see what other guests think of us. The above price includes cooked and continental breakfast, afternoon tea with home-made cakes and four course evening meal with wine on six nights.
We shuttle you to and from the lifts of your choice everyday so you don’t need to worry about walking or waiting around for ski buses. The local lifts at Pleney, Ardent, Prodain or Super Morzine are around 10 minutes drive away and we also have a smaller, unlinked resort called Roc D’Enfer just two minutes from the chalet which is a real hidden gem.
The chalet has an outside hot tub, sauna, large lounge area with open log fire and separate bar area with well stocked honesty bar. We are within walking distance of local shops, bars and restaurants.
We can arrange transfers from Geneva for an additional cost.

I can offer accommodation at la Ferme du Chateau and can be flexible with the dates, so whatever suits you best.
La Ferme is a tastefully renovated farmhouse in the centre of La Chapelle d'Abondance, which is a traditional French village in the Portes du Soleil ski regions, 5 minutes from Chatel and 1 hr 30 minutes from Geneva. It has 6 large en-sutie bedrooms with bath & shower facilities and access to an outdoor sunken jacuzzi. The lounge/dining area is open plan and centered around a log fire with views across the Mont de Grange nature reserve and slopes of Cret Beni.
La Ferme is catered which includes breakfast & afternoon tea each day, pre dinner drinks and canapes followed by a 4 course evening meal prepared by a professional and served with free flowing quality wines and beer. New Year's Eve we serve a celebration meal with champagne and canapes and 1 ere cru wines.
We are in the centre of the village & close to the local runs but as this area is vast we offer a pick up and drop off service throughout the day to the various start and finish points in the valley, giving you the flexibility to make the most of the skiing this area has to offer. La Chapelle has a selection of bars for apres including a popular micro-brewery but we will also drop you in Chatel to sample the apres there or do some shopping, bringing you back in time for dinner.
