We are situated in the picturesque alpine village of Samoens with Flaine forms part of the Grand Massif Just 1 hour from Geneva.
Chalet Giffre has a great location in the town. The original farm house in the village with a private courtyard and the village on your door step. Just 400m to the church square and Gondola.
Our family run chalet has 6 bedrooms all have en suite shower room and wc. The chalet is built over 4 floors, with a log burning stove dividing the dinning area and the lounge area. We have a free bar before dinner offering beers, wines, and a few old favourites like G&T`s in front of the log fire.
We offer fully catered service 6 out of 7 days, cooked breakfast, afternoon tea/coffee with freshly baked cakes, 3 course evening meal and a cheese board served with cold beers and wine.
No walking in ski boots. Two minibuses servicing the chalet we drop you off at the Gondola just 400m in under a minute. The gondola take you to mid station at 1600m. late afternoon collection from 5 different lift stations in the Valley. Great for beginners to progress as the ski ares is linked by blue runs.

Chalet Norchamp is only an hour from Geneva airport, so nice short transfer times. The ski area is the Grand Massif - 265km of awesome skiing - both in the tree-lined villages and high-up above the tree line in Flaine (2,500m) bowl. There's great variety of runs - from great off piste in the Gers bowl, to gentler beginner runs. We hate walking in ski/board boots and reckon guests do too, so we offer a free minibus shuttle for lift drop-off & pick-up.
We can make life easy with our network of local partners:

| Great chalet with sauna, log fire, huge sun terrace, sky TV, excellent food and wine, ski in ski out etc etc: £490pp fully catered. Great beginner location and also free ski guiding for the advanced skiers across the vast ski area (600km).
It is a great chalet and it is in the hub of the skiing. It is next to the telecabine Chavannes, the beginner area and the magic carpet so the beginners can walk or flat ski to the telecabin, the beginner drag lift or the the la croix chair lift within 30 seconds. It really is ski in ski out for all abilities. For the beginners, if you look at a piste map - they will be practicing in the zone debutants which you can walk to if you wanted to watch them within 2 minutes or ski to within about 10 seconds. All of the bars and restaurants such as La Croix Blanche, Yeti, Le Grand Cry, VIP Altitide Lodge are next to the chalet so it is in the hub of lessons and easy for the advanced skiers to get back to and meet up. You can see the slopes from the sun terrace also.
You can ski back to the chalet on a green or a blue run and you can get a good morning of skiing in when the beginners are in lessons with no worries about getting back. In terms of snow, the chalet is ski in ski out throughout the season and 3 March is one of the best weeks for conditions. The base is deep, there is still a better than average change of powder and the sunshine is often out.
We do offer free ski guiding in the morning for competent skiers - we will show you the best spots.

We can offer your group exclusive use of Chalet Morville in Les 2 Alpes for 700 Euros per person (about £625) on a catered basis, and also include a free private transfer from Grenoble airport.
Les 2 Alpes is a good resort for advanced skiers, as there is plenty of between the pistes skiing and some great unpisted black runs. There is also access to La Grave off the top of the resort for some of the best freeride skiing in France. If an even great range of skiing was wanted, it is also possible to ski at Alpe d'Huez on the 6 day lift pass, which is just 35 minutes from the chalet. There are beginners pistes at resort level and up on the next ridge at 2100m, which provides them with good quality snow to learn on. We also use a ski shop on the beginner pistes which offers a concierge service so no walking in ski boots needed.
The chalet has:
- 5 ensuite bedrooms, which we can configure with kingsized beds or twin beds as required;
- an outdoor hot tub;
- sauna;
- cinema room with 6 recliner chairs with projector and surround sound;
- games room with pool table and table football;
- drying room with heated boot warmers;
- gym; and
- spacious lounge area with UK Sky TV and a wood burning stove.
The chalet is located in Venosc, a satellite village just below the main resort area. It is linked to the resort by a gondola, which is open until 7pm each evening so there is plenty of time for apres up the mountain before heading to the chalet for dinner. The village has life of its own restaurants and a bar a couple of minutes walk from the chalet.

We provide a minibus service to and from the slopes each day plus the free ski bus which operates every 10 minutes stops just outside the chalet. This chalet is just minutes from the brand new, high speed lift to Avoriaz via Prodains.
Your catered holiday includes your half board stay (cooked and continental breakfast, afternoon tea and cakes, a pre-dinner drink and canapes, plus 4 course evening meal with unlimited wine for 6 of your 7 night stay). We provide all bed linen, towels, bathrobes for adults, plus Occitane toiletries.
Please note that we are able to offer advice with regards any ski and snowboard school and equipment hire companies that you may need to use. We can also assist with arranging any lift pass and airport transfer requirements that you may have all in advance of your arrival date. We are just 1hr 15mins drive from Geneva.
