Chalet Namika is an independently run chalet by Ian and myself (June). We aim to provide a relaxing atmosphere where you can chill out after an exciting days skiing. Chalet Namika is a ski in, ski out chalet situated on the sunny slopes of Alpe d’Huez which benefits from glacier skiing. We offer a high level of service with excellent food and complimentary fine wines, draft beer and spirits with evening meals.

There is also a free bus into the village which runs every 10 mins.

We have availability at la petite buche for your dates, the chalet is warm and cosy with all you would expect, wifi, uktv, a good dvd library, linen, and a roaring fire. We are both chefs in Crete during the summer season so you will be well fed.
The pretty mountain village of le grand bornand is only a short flat walk away, and has lots of lovely bars and alpine restaurants to chose from, the telecabine to the slopes is just the other side of the village centre. Le grand bornand is only an hour from geneva airport, so makes it a great spot for short or long stays alike. Location: La Plagne | Our chalet-hotel offers half board accommodation in snow sure Plagne 1800, part of the Paradiski area. We are next to the slopes and two chair lifts, with the ski school meeting point just across the street.
Facilities include:

Chalet Pleney is in an envied position right on the Pleney piste, giving you the luxury of literally skiing in and out, but it is also just a 5 minute walk to the Pleney lift . It is surrounded by beautiful mountain scenery with spectacular views in all directions but is also within easy walking distance of the old town square and all the bars restaurants and shops. Chalet Pleney boasts 9 ensuite bedrooms, a spacious open plan lounge and dining area with log fire and large picture windows looking over the mountains, a separate childrens play room with tv/dvd, free Wi-Fi internet, plus a ski/boot room, sunken outdoor hot tub and sauna.
Your catered holiday includes your half board stay (cooked and continental breakfast, afternoon tea and cakes, a pre-dinner drink and canapes, plus 4 course evening meal with unlimited wine for 6 of your 7 night stay). We provide all bed linen, towels, bathrobes for adults, plus Occitane toiletries.
Please note that we are able to offer advice with regards any ski and snowboard school and equipment hire companies that you may need to use.
