Chalet Namika is a ski in, ski out chalet situated on the sunny slopes of Alpe d’Huez which benefits from glacier skiing. We have a great chalet which will suit your group perfectly. We currently have four other guys booked in for that week who have stayed with us before who are decent skiers and a good laugh.
The chalet is not ski in/ out, but we are literally less than two minute drive to the slope which we will provide drop off and pick up, alternatively its a 6 min walk or 1 stop on the bus (which is at the end of our drive).
At night, if you want to hit the town, we are only a 7 minute walk to the centre of Chatel village which has plenty of nightlife and culture.
The skiing in Chatel/ Portes du soleil is fantastic and we are quite happy to take you out skiing or snowboarding and showing you the best areas equal to your level.

You can ski to the door of the chalet, which is owner-run and situated in the exclusive La Legettaz area at the foot of the Solaise slopes. In the mornings you just need to walk 100 yards down the road before putting on your skis. All five rooms have their own facilities. There is an outdoor hot tub, large sun terrace, log fire, mini bar, boot heater, foot massager, free WIFI, iPod and base station, indoor and outdoor parking, to say nothing of the beautiful views up the Manchet valley and over the village.
The Espace Killy has over 300km of piste to suit all abilities and the off-piste possibilities are endless. The village is at 1850m and with two glaciers, you will be assured of good snow. The après-ski entertainment is also varied and plentiful.
Included in the price are breakfast (freshly-squeezed orange juice, cereals, yoghurts, fresh fruit, bread, croissants, porridge and a hot option, eg. poached egg and ham on a toasted muffin), afternoon tea and on 6 evenings we serve a pre-dinner drink with canapés followed by a 4-course evening meal with select wines. Tea, coffee and fresh fruit are available at all times.
It is a 10 minute walk across the piste into the village center or you can make use of the free minibus service that drops you right outside the chalet.
The price per person for the week is 1,155 Euros.
