| I have recently taken on this chalet-hotel at Valmorel which I think would suite you well.
The lift/pistes are 50m away, the chalet has 20 beds in 8 all full ensuite rooms, hot-tub, wifi, huge lounge with log fire, chalet bar, great hospitality and cooking. The village centre of Valmorel is 3 minutes away via frequent free bus service that runs till 1am.
Valmorel is becoming better known, with 150m of pistes, 40 lifts, genuinely skiing for all abilities, plus everything is about 30% cheaper than the neighbouring Tarentaise mega-resorts.
So I can offer you and ensuite room for £500 per adult, £400 per child. The nearest airport is Chambery, 1 hour away followed by Lyon, Geneva and Grenoble which are all 2 hrs.

We've been running catered chalets for 20 years now with fantastic reviews (search for Seventy3 on TA). Caz is a highly experienced professional chef from New Zealand and creates fantastic menus for the chalet. We have 3 well appointed rooms with under floor heating in the ensuites. Downstairs you'll find a private dining room for guests and a small 25 seat restaurant that opens 4 nights per week.

We can offer you fully catered ski break here in Chalet Soleil in Chatel (Part of the huge Portes du Soleil ski area with guaranteed snow due to the state of the art snow making and 90 minutes from Geneva Airport) WE can do the 24th February but only for six nights if that is of interest
