Flights not booked yet (but days off work are ) so we have a bit of flex on dates. We are looking to arrive on the first weekend in jan (4th or 5th) for 7 days
We are a mixed group of 7 adults comprising 4 experienced skiiers,2 new starters and one confirmed non skiier.Ideally we are loooking for a luxury chalet with (easy )ski in /out or close to pistes. Apres ski wise a few bars/restaurants within walking distance would be great. Our non skier would also like easy access to town/village and/or a pedestrian friendly lift to meet on the mountain for lunch

Chalet Barragiste is located on the edge of the luge track between Courchevel 1850 and Courchevel 1550 which is a gentle blue run that take you down to Courchevel Village’s lift station. Courchevel Village offers direct access to Courchevel 1850 and the rest of the Three Valleys ski area .

You can arrive/depart any day of the week and any time of day.
Chalet Sherpa has a fantastic friendly and welcoming atmosphere. The chalet sleeps up to 25 guests in 10 bedrooms. We have availability at Chalet Cannelle in Chatel, the centre of the Portes du Soleil and 90 minutes from Geneva airport.
The chalet is a 200 year old renovated cowshed packed with luxurious comforts. Spacious open plan lounge with lots of comfy sofas, open fire, mountain views, private balconies and an outdoor hot tub.
Our focus is exceptional service, food and wine and my husband and I are your chefs and hosts for your stay. All drinks are included (no honesty bar!) and everything is cooked in house by us, with much of the produce from the local providers, farmers and butchers and some from our garden, such as free range eggs from our hens. Our chalet is situated just outside of Vaujany, a small, authentic Alpine village with great amenities such as a swimming pool, bowling, amazing day care, an ice-skating rink and daily animations.
We are part of the vast ski area of Alpe d’Huez which is superb for people of all levels of skiing.
Our spacious lounge has a large log fire. On the ground floor we have a bar and dining room where James cooks fantastic three course evening meals.
The chalet sleeps 19 in 8 en-suite bedrooms of which; 6 double/twin rooms, one triple room and one family suite.
There is lots of space for everyone to enjoy their evening as they please. Whether it’s sat in the hot tub watching the sunset, reading a book by the log fire or having a drink in our bar.

We have an on-call shuttle service to take to you the village.
