We would love to look after you at La petite buche, we do have availability for your dates. The chalet sits just below road, overlooking the river borne, it’s warm and cosy with everything you would expect, wifi, uktv, a good dvd library, linen, and a roaring fire, for those chilly nights.
The pretty mountain village of Le Grand Bornand is only a short flat walk away, and has lots of lovely bars and alpine restaurants to chose from. The telecabine to the slopes is a short distance away and gives access to some great pistes.
We are both chefs in Crete during the summer so you will be well fed, (specific dietary needs can be catered for with notice). Ski school, private lessons and transfers can all be organized for you, it’s your holiday.
Le Grand Bornand is only an hour from Geneva airport, so makes it a great spot for short or long stays alike.
The price per person per night, bed breakfast, and a lovely evening meal (wine and beer included) is £75

We are conveniently located between the quaint ski villages of Morillon and Les Esserts and 5kms from Samoens, located for easy access to the Grand Massif ski area which links 6 ski resorts via the lift systems. There is 265kms of pistes and we guarantee there is a brilliant range of slopes for differing abilities. We are 200m from a blue run or we take & collect you to/from the lifts if you prefer.
We have all the facilities you need to make your ski break enjoyable and comfortable. We have a large living room with real log fire,a separate dining room with flexible seating arrangements. The nest is a lovely old Nest iSavoyard chalet. set in the hart of the Portes du Soleil ski area, right in between Morzine and Les Gets. We have for you 5/6 large bedrooms. Our experienced team serve you amazing food and high quality wines after relaxing in our lovely Jacuzzi.
Our chalets are both located 600 metres from the centre of Morzine with the free ski-bus stopping IN the driveway taking you to the slopes within MINUTES, very handy for families as the bus takes you from the front door right to the slopes! Super Morzine (access Avoriaz and Switzerland) then Pleney for Morzine, Les Gets and Nyon. In the evenings (after 8pm) you can easily walk into town within 10 minutes.
