We have availability at Chalet Rum Doodle, in the village of Pralognan la Vanoise situated in the heart of the National Vanoise Park. It’s a small, unspoilt and family orientated ski resort relatively unknown to the British clientele but widely appreciated for its uncomparable beauty and tranquility. The chalet is well situated within 5 minutes walk from the slopes and the centre of the village where you will find shops, restaurants and bars. Accommodation is bed and breakfast or half board. Warm welcome assured from our large family. Sarah is English and runs Chalet Rum Doodle , Stéphane is French and is a ski instructor, mountain leader and canoeing/rafting instructor. Our two eldest children are at various stages of their ski instructors diploma and the three others are all competitive ski racers so there will be no shortage of advice!
More experienced skiers looking for a bigger ski domaine could make the short journey to Champagny en Vanoise (15 minutes) whith access to Paradiski (Les Arcs/ La Plagne) or alternatively to Courcheval (30 minutes) for access to the Three Vallies resorts.
Double rooms are 70€ per night (including breakfast)
Family rooms are 70€ + 20€ per child (2 years and + .
10% discount for minimum of 7 nights
Evening meals are 22€ per adult

We have availability in our chalet-apart on the piste in the family friendly village Valmorel but we could also find you a self-catered apartment in this resort for a month. We have a number of apartments on the piste, which could be ideal for you.
The chalet-apart, is run by a Cook and Host, has a lovely open plan living / dining area. We have the ability to split the apartment in to two areas and can rent you one side. It is on the piste, and just 2 minutes walk to the village.
Valmorel is very pretty, with a pedestrianised village. It is fantastic for skiing, with 168km for all abilities, see http://www.powderbeds.com/france/valmorel/skiing-guide for more information and there are many activities to do as well as skiing, including paragliding, cross country skiing and spa treatments in the chalet. Plus there are great bars and restaurants in the town for apres-ski.
For a month, the cost would be around £1000pw on a catered basis. We could find you a self-catered apartment for around £800pw.
For fully catered packages, we provide the following services

We have a beautiful two bedroom/two bathroom apartment which sleeps 4/5 people which is available from 28 Feb for 4 weeks. It is part of Chalet La Savoyarde and has been furnished to a very high standard.
It has a double bedroom with its own ensuite. The triple bedroom on the lower ground floor is accessed by stairs lit with LEDs – it has a standard double bed with a single bunk. All the rooms have duck down duvets/pillows, orthopaedic mattresses, faux fur throws, wardrobe and chest of drawers.
The main living area is open plan – very light and airy with French doors and two windows with amazing views over the Morzine valley.
The brand new kitchen is clean and modern with integrated fridge, washing machine, dishwasher and microwave.
The dining area has a large pine table and sits up to 6 people in comfort.
The lounge has a large corner sofa, a 32” TV, DVD player, UK channels, WiFi, iPod docking station and internet access. The cupboard is stocked with board games, DVDs and books
The second bathroom is just off the kitchen/dining area.
The apartment is private and secluded, has its own parking space and is accessed by its own steps. There is a secure ski locker just outside the door for easy ski storage.
It’s less than a 10 minute walk to the town centre and a 5 minute bus ride to all the main ski lifts in and around Morzine – the ski bus stops just outside the chalet.

We have an amazing location only 1 hour from Geneva, our record from airport pickup to the slopes ready to ski Frances 5th largest linked ski area is one and a half hours.
Cyclamen is brilliantly located right in the centre of the village, and only 100meters from the outdoor pool and health spa

| Hi our apartment in Morzine is available for those dates at the moment. It's 1.5km from the centre of town but right by the ski bus stop which makes it v easy to get to the slopes. There is also car parking outside the apartment block. We have 2 bedrooms and a travel cot, high chair etc (we have a 2yr old!). There is more info on the webpage if this might be of interest.
The prices quoted are by week but I'd be happy to negotiate a lower price for 4 weeks.

I have something for you in the lovely resort of Montchavin, La Plagne. Montchavin has the Famille Plus label given to family friendly resorts.
A lovely apartment of 28m2. Price for 4 weeks: £1500
Outside the apartment there is an open space with a sledging area; nearby, on a flat walk of about 50m, there is the excellent Evolution II ski school and the telecabine. The village centre is a short, flattish, walk and the pedestrian cobbled streets hold a maze of little restaurants and shops. There is a cinema and a swimming pool/ spa complex in the village, and at the top of the telecabine there is an ice-skating rink.
