Hi

We are after a chalet for sole occupancy with self catering facilities. We require 4 bedrooms and a cot. We are looking for a chalet with a garden which is relatively child friendly as will have a 1 yr old and so outdoor eating space. We are not keen on properties which are really overlooked and are happy to consider remote locations. Price wise we are looking to spend approx 1000-1400 for the week.

Location: St Martin de Belleville		Hello,

We have availability for your selected dates in our Summer chalet located just outside of St Martin de Belleville (approx 1 hour drive from Annecy)

The area is superb for families with lots of walking trails and mountain biking and also a club in Les Menuires that hosts a variety of activities for kids throughout the week.

There are many lakes located around the three valleys for fishing and great for picnics too!

Our chalet has a fantastic terrace area with a barbecue, seating area, Jacuzzi and great views across the valley!



Other great chalet facilities included are:

. Sauna and Spa
. Log Fire
. Spacious and open-plan accommodation, with 6 spacious and beautifully furnished bedrooms
. Large kitchen/dining area (highchair available)
. Spacious living room, free WiFi, Sky TV with Sports and Movies, Blu-Ray player & cinema projector.
