| Hello David We have availability at la petite buche for you from the 20th, we can offer you the whole chalet, with two double ensuite bedrooms, one twin, and one adult size bunk room. The chalet is warm and cosy with all you would expect, wifi, uktv, a good dvd library, linen, and a large bbq, if you have a chilli night, you can cook on the grill in the open fire, in the sitting room. The chalet has its own private drive, and open views over the river borne, to the front, with the obstical course and the river to dam, and paddle in, there's hours of free entertainment for the children. The pretty mountain village of le grand bornand is only a short flat walk away, and has lots of lovely bars and alpine restaurants to chose from, there is a large open air swimming complex,tennis courts, archery, trampolineing, an adventure park in the trees, and even a 9 hole golf course. The telecabine to the mountain is just the other side of the village centre and runs during the summer, to get walkers up the mountain, or just to have a look at the view from the top of la chat. The price for the chalet for the weekend is 800€ 100€ per aditional day. We can offer you Chalet de Belleville with its 5 double rooms with 2 ensuite and 2 shared bathrooms for €2,500 per week (sole occupancy self-catering basis) which includes end of the week clean, linen and logs. Catering is not included but can be arranged. We are open to discuss fees for the weekend only if it suits you better. This is a large luxury chalet about 2 hours drive from Geneva airport and 10 mins drive from St Martin de Belleville which links to the 3 Valleys ski domain. It is tucked away in a charming mountain village, close to the typical french restaurant and cafe where you can also get your baguette and daily newspaper. The area is rich in nature trails, cheese farms, horse and pony riding, buggy outings for mountain admirers and forest activity circuits, and the Aquaspa is only a short drive away if you prefer to wind down and relax. In brief, the chalet is laid out over 3 floors and includes a cinema room, a lounge with a wood burner, a snug, and a dining room for up to 14 guests, a sunny terrace with BBQ, free WIFI throughout the property and parking off road for up to 3 cars in addition to the garage. Chatel is a charming farming town near the Swiss border. There are 5 en-suite bathrooms, very large and light living room with separate TV lounge. Large sunny balconies with great views. For your dates we can offer B&B for 3 nights at £1200, or 4 nights at £1560. Sole occupancy. We also offer half board, we'll do the BBQ for you! Best of all, we are members of the Portes du Soleil Multipass scheme. For only 2 euros per day you can use all the walkers lifts, swimming pools, tennis courts and too many other things to mention. In our village there is Lac Bleu which has a man made lake, small beach, tree ladders and ropes, crazy golf, tennis, horse riding, set along side a river with plenty of places to have a picnic. There is a bar/restaurant for you to enjoy a drink. The Chalet is in a great place to explore the area and Chamonis, Annecy and Yvoire are all about an hours drive away, but there are lots of villages and towns to see on our doorstep. There is a barbecue and outside table and chairs. The chalet has a lovely dining area and separate living area and there is a wooden/glass conservatory on the first floor. a lovely place to read a book or enjoy a beer after a day of exploring. All in all, a brilliant place to relax and wind down with family and friends Cost is £43 per person per night for bed and continental breakfast. If you want more information, please contact me.
