Chalet Bibendum is ideally located in the Savoyard hamlet of Les Bois, five minutes from Chamonix and a minute's walk to the La Flégère lift and nextdoor to the forest with mountainbike and walking trails. A central fireplace divides the living area in two, creating a great separate space. | We have a beautiful two bedroom/two bathroom apartment which sleeps 4/5 people. It is part of Chalet La Savoyarde and has been furnished to a very high standard. It has a double bedroom with its own ensuite. The triple bedroom on the lower ground floor is accessed by stairs lit with LEDs – it has a standard double bed with a single bunk. All the rooms have duck down duvets/pillows, orthopaedic mattresses, faux fur throws, wardrobe and chest of drawers. The main living area is open plan – very light and airy with French doors and two windows with amazing views over the Morzine valley. The brand new kitchen is clean and modern with integrated fridge, washing machine, dishwasher and microwave. The dining area has a large pine table and sits up to 6 people in comfort. The lounge has a large corner sofa (which is also a sofa bed), a 32” TV, DVD player, UK channels, WiFi, iPod docking station and internet access. The cupboard is stocked with board games, DVDs and books The second bathroom is just off the kitchen/dining area. The apartment is private and secluded, has its own parking space and is accessed by its own steps. There is a terrace and decking area with bbq, sun loungers, table, chairs and parasol. You can also use the Chalet’s garage for secure bike storage. It’s less than a 10 minute walk to the town centre and local supermarket. The apartment is available from 15 August or 14 nights at a cost of £900 – including all linen and towels, mid stay linen/towel change and an end of stay apartment clean. | Hello Alison Thank you for your enquiry. We can offer you availability from 15th- 29th August 2015 on a self catered basis for up to 8 people for 1600.00 euros. The apartment affords a fully equipped kitchen, 2 bathrooms, three bedrooms and a twin bedded mezzanine area, there are no bed settees! The living room has luxurious leather reclining seating and flat screen television that will accommodate most game systems. The dining area has a large pine table that comfortably seats 8 and gives views across the valley, and access via french doors to your private balcony. There is also free Wi-Fi. All this is set in the grange of an old traditional Savoyard farm house, in the picturesque alpine village of Essert Romand in the middle of the Portes du Soleil area, this beautiful apartment is arranged over 2 floors and is full of rustic charm, original beams etc. Whether you want to try out some of the many activities on our doorstep including the local swimming pool complex, or perhaps walk along many of the marked trails that will lead you through beautiful alpine pastures, forests and mountain passes, or just chill out and relax, here at Chalet La Salle we are ideally situated to make your alpine holiday one to remember.
