| Dear Allan, We would be delighted to offer your group sole occupancy of our chalet for 2 - 3 days in June 2016. www.pension-hoffelner.at We are situated just 1 hour from Salzburg airport, on a sunny plateau at the foot of the Dachstein Glacier and above the resort of Schladming, in a very quiet & peaceful area, with panoramic mountain views. The chalet comprises 13 comfortable & fully equipped bedrooms, almost all of which are en-suite and can sleep up to 28 adults, in proper beds (no sofa beds), most rooms also have balconies & all have fantastic mountain views. There are spacious public areas, such a the very large guest lounge with self service bar plus tea and coffee making facilities, also a very comfortable dining room with residents bar and a lovely sun deck, so plenty of space to work and socialize. We have catered for conference groups often & find that our chalet has worked well for them. We can offer with you either Half Board or Full Board with free wine or soft drinks with meals, depending on your requirements. | Hi Hello You may be interested in our Chalet situated in the ski resort of La Thuile, Italy in the north western Alps bordering France and Switzerland just 90 minutes drive from both Geneva or Turin. It's a tiny village situated on the Piccolo San Bernardo pass immersed in ancient history dating back to the Celtic tribes that settled in this part of the Alps. During June the village is pretty much empty as it's main tourist season starts around the middle of July. We are putting together a series of walks as well based around the CHI energy of the area which your group might find quite fascinating. | Hi Allan, I have red your message with interest and I think one of our mountain chalets could be the perfect place for this group to gather and brainstorm without distraction. We have 4 chalets in total in 2 different areas and they can hold each between 24 and 28 persons. So either one chalet or a combination of 2 to accommodate this group. Next to the fact that these chalets would create the perfect setting and have all the facilities yo need (meeeting space, beemer, sound systems etc) we also have the experience of setting this up and guiding you. We have received similar groups in the past and can make a product all measured to your needs.
