Have you considered St Martin de Belleville? In the massive Three Valleys region but in a truly authentic and charming village. Plenty of restaurants, walks, playgrounds and sledging opportunities for the children after skiing and true ski in ski out. Literally next to the lift!
We have a large first floor apartment with 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. It has a massive sitting room overlooking the piste and a huge sunny (safe) balcony with sofas and table tennis table. Perfect for the March sunshine.
The week of 19th March is still available. Price on a self catering basis with all beds made on arrival, logs for the log fire, a welcome pack, end of stay cleaning, welcome and show around by our friendly and knowledgeable agent available for 24 hour emergency callouts, and a ski rental reduction at the ski hire next door for 5 people is 3900 Euros ( approx 2750 pounds sterling). This is a substantial discount on the list price as there are only 5 of you.
Babysitting and any catering can be arranged on an adhoc basis.

It is a beautifully restored 18th century monks quarters nestled in the small village of St Jean De Belleville. The chalet extends over 250m squared and has every modern luxury, including a Jacuzzi bath, a wood burner and a separate gas stove. The photos below tell the story much better:

I think Chalet Outalays in Les Gets may be just what you are looking for:
Les Gets is one of the best possible destinations for visiting the Alps because it is just over 1 hour from Geneva airport by car or transfer and provides some of the best and most varied skiing anywhere in the world being directly linked to the massive Portes du Soleil ski area.
Chalet Outalays is a small detached chalet in a stunning location overlooking the valley in Les Gets. It is 500 metres from the piste on Mont Chery, which runs down to the central lift station and is literally a 2 min drive (20 minute walk) to the village/lifts.
There are 3 bedrooms: 1 double, 1 twin and 1 bunk room sleeping 6 people. The sofas in the living area also convert to full size single beds for extra room if required.
Chalet Outalays has all mod cons including satellite TV. There is also an open wood burning fire (wood included)and a large south facing balcony.
The kitchen/dining/living area is open plan and the kitchen includes a microwave and dishwasher. The bat area has a large heated drying cupboard for your wet clothes/boots etc.
The cost would be £1500.00 from the 19th to the 26th March 2016. That is on a self catered basis and includes everything except towels.
