You stated Austria but open to suggestions... so, I suggest the Portes Du Soleil!
We own and run our chalet near Morzine in the Portes Du Soleil, so can provide just the holiday your group are looking for. We are a mile from shops/bars/restaurants, we drive you to the lifts each morning and pick you up whenever you are ready.
We are offering 1000€ off our New Years price for bookings made before November, so just 7500€ to pay and the basics you receive are:

Location: Courchevel & La Tania, Three Valleys | Evasion Exclusive is our new catered Chalet service. For Winter 2016/17 we are offering two luxury catered chalets in the quaint village of Le Praz, in the heart of Courchevel and the Three Valleys Ski Area.
I would like to offer Chalet Jardin De Rosalie, An ultimate chalet for 14 persons. With 7 bedrooms this extensive Chalet is centrally located with fabulous balconies and views. There is a hot tub and sauna and a designated adult relaxation area. A children only snug and family lounge with large leather sofas, Sky TV and a fabulous log burner.
I would like to offer Chalet Jardin De Rosaline sole occupancy, fully Catered for the week commencing Friday 23 December for £8950/9930€. (discount applied for reduced occupancy-list price £10925)
Although in the lower village of Le Praz 1300 I can assure you that the links between the higher parts of resort are very quick and reliable. There are two lifts out of Le Praz, the gondola which goes straight to the ski school meeting point in 1850 (beginners area) and the new foret chair going over to La Tania creating great links between the full three Valleys ski area. The Three Valleys ski area is covered by the snow guarantee as well as having a fantastic 50% off resort covered by snow cannons.
We also we have a fabulous 35% off ski hire and will deliver your lift passes to your accommodation with no additional mark up. We can also assist with transfers, tuition and childcare.

We have our catered Alpine Refuge in Morzine available from Friday 23rd to Friday 30th December 2016.
The Alpine Refuge is located just 8 minutes walk from the SuperMorzine lift and the centre of resort. This chocolate box chalet has 5 bedrooms, an extra bunkbed room (no window), an open plan lounge and dining area with log fire and spectacular views, a second mezzanine lounge with media facilities, free wi-fi internet access, boot warmers, plus a hot tub and a sauna. Even though the chalet is within easy walking distance of the lifts we still offer a minibus service to and from the slopes each day plus the free ski bus stops just at the end of the private drive.
Your catered holiday includes your half board stay (cooked and continental breakfast, afternoon tea and cakes, a pre-dinner drink and nibbles, plus 4 course evening meal with unlimited wine for 6 of your 7 night stay). We provide all bed linen, towels, bathrobes for adults, plus Occitane toiletries. Sole occupancy price is just 6000 Euros for the week.
Please note that we are able to assist with arranging any ski school, ski hire, lift pass and airport transfer requirements that you may have all in advance of your arrival date. We are just 1hr 15mins drive from Geneva.

We can offer exclusive use of Chalet Sapiniere, sleeps 14, located in Champagny, Paradiski, currently available for the new year week, Mon 26th Dec – Mon 2nd Jan 2017. It has some amazing facilities, including a private indoor swimming pool , hot tub, sauna and games room and is just 400m from the pistes, ski lift and village centre. The chalet has lovely views across the valley to Courchevel, leading onto a snowy meadow which is perfect for tobogganing!
We have a fantastic catering team again this year, so we know the food is good!
The catering consists of breakfast, afternoon tea and cakes and 4 course evening meal with wine, with a 5 course feast on new year's eve.

The resort itself is very picturesque, but also has a lively centre containing several good bars, arranged around a village square and the ‘Bar Le Timbale’ has live music and dj’s at the weekends. The village is part of the huge Paradiski area (consisting of La Plagne and les Arcs, offering some 425km of pistes) and the Champagny ski area is directly linked into La Plagne – you can be in La Plagne Centre in just 30 minutes. The village has an excellent local ski school and the ski hire shop we use also has a free overnight equipment store with boot warmers, meaning you can walk back to the chalet in your normal shoes instead of clomping there in big plastic ski boots!
