Chalet Sonnleitn has a lovely warm and friendly home from home atmosphere, nestled in a pretty village just a few minutes from one of Austria’s top ten resorts –Nassfeld Ski Arena with 110km of crowd free, snow sure slopes. You can even ski or snowboard into Italy to sample authentic Italian pizza and pasta thanks to the resort’s unique location right on the border. The free shuttle takes you from the hotel to the gondola in under 4 minutes!
Chalet owners Lisa and Dennis pride themselves on their warm welcome, delicious home cooked food and good value, comfortable accommodation that ensures guests return year after year.
Guests can choose from en-suite single, double, family rooms and a quadruple room with an inter-connecting door. Most have southerly facing balconies with stunning views of the Carnic Alps.
Evening meal is served in the chalet's renovated Austrian style lounge/dining room which is cosy and candlelit at night - the perfect place to unwind with a drink after a delicious home cooked three course evening meal.
The airport of Ljubljana (Slovenia) is 75 minutes away from us.
We can arrange your ski hire, ski school and ski passes without extra charge!

Owner-run, Chalet Mur would be delighted to offer you up to 6 en-suite rooms for these dates.
We are in the beautiful Biosphere area of the Lungau valley, just 1 hour south of Salzburg.
It’s a hidden gem of an amazingly snow-sure ski area, we have 4 local resorts that are covered in one ski pass, offering 270km of great skiing for all levels.
3 of the resorts are just 5 minutes from the chalet and the ski bus stops at our front door.
2 of the resorts are linked and include the wonderful A1, one of Austria’s longest runs at 6km.
The pistes are uncrowded and the mountain restaurants are very reasonably priced.
Discounted ski passes are also available.
The price would be £425pp which includes airport transfers from Salzburg in our private minibus.

| Week of Sun 7th Jan is our great value Supersaver week so we can offer Chalet Karina, a modern and comfortable 3 bedroom chalet apartment, all ensuite and with wellness area with sauna. Chalet price is just £3774 + taxes approx £50pp. Based on 6 adults with return Gatwick flights, coach transfers and catered chalet accommodation. We also have a similar 3 bedroom chalet, that comes in a little cheaper at just £3594 + taxes, inclusive as before.
