| We would like to go somewhere that has some decent snow 100cm+ we will be self drive so we would require parking on site or near by. We can be flexible on dates 4/5 March - 11/12March. Budget less than £450pp. Double/twin with en-suite on a catered basis. Ideally close to some bars and restuarants or a bit of life and easy access to the lifts or transport available to them. We would like a homely, relaxed time with nice people.

La Ferme du Chateau offers a warm & friendly welcome in this beautifully renovated Savoyard farmhouse with its exceptionally spacious accommodation in 6 en-suite rooms, great food and quality wines. All rooms can be twin or double rooms, all of which have bath and/or shower facilities plus branded toiletries, dressing gowns, hair dryers and access to an outdoor sunken jacuzzi. The living / dining area is extremely spacious yet homely and is centered around a wood clad open fire with lots of comfy sofas in which to relax with a chilled glass of wine and canapes after a day on the slopes.
It is fully catered which includes breakfast & afternoon tea on each day, pre-dinner drinks & canapes, a 4 course evening meal prepared by our chef which is accompanied by unlimited wines & beer. The evening meal is provided on 6 evenings leaving you one evening to sample the excellent local restaurants.
La Ferme is in the centre of the beautiful village of La Chapelle d'Abondance, part of the vast Portes du Soleil ski region, offering a combination of the best of traditional French villages with the excitement of a large ski area. La Ferme is close to the local runs, has direct access to the Portes du Soleil, local bars including a microbrewery, shops and restaurants; but we also have in resort transport so can pop to Chatel to sample the apres ski there too.
A holiday at La Ferme is about comfort, relaxation and fun and we will organize everything so that you can relax and enjoy your holiday.

Our chalet-hotel offers half board accommodation in snow sure Plagne 1800, part of the Paradiski area. We are next to the slopes and two chair lifts, with the ski school meeting point just across the street.

Our family owned and run catered chalet can offer your group of 2 a week from the 12th March and our price would be £445 per person which includes accommodation, breakfast, afternoon tea and delicious three course feasts with selected wines on six nights out of seven or six nights from the 4th for £425.
There’s a large comfy lounge with open log fire, honesty bar, sat tv, dvd, hifi, wifi should you need to keep in touch, games room with table tennis, air hockey, den with Wii, plenty off road parking or transfers can be arranged from Geneva, just 75 minutes at the rate of around 65€ per person return Geneva.
Your ski hire too can be arranged with a 10-30% discount from our local hire shop with nothing to pay until the end of your stay with us, fitted in the chalet and overnight storage at the bottom of the Ardent lift for quick and easy access to the areas of Avoriaz, Chatel and into Switzerland, 650km of pistes to explore. If necessary the ski schools also meet at the top of the lift so great for beginners too!

We are about 15 minutes from Chatel and would provide a private chauffeur driven minibus to get you to your choice of lifts and back each day You would have the whole Port de soleil ski area
We are fully catered:
