Location: Nendaz, 4 Vallées | Secret Alps would be available for a week of 8 nights from 21 December. But we do not have changeovers on Saturdays, so 30 December is not possible for departure day.
We sleep up to 8 guests in 4 bedrooms and the penthouse apartment is within 500m of the slopes and lift. (Note, not ski in / ski out)
The transfer from Zurich airport would be by train to Sion. Then we can collect you and whisk you up to Secret Alps within half an hour of arrival. (Swiss operated a few flights from Zurich to Sion last season in February. I don't know if these will be offered in December this year.)
Snow record in the 4 Vallées is good. In fact, it is STILL snowing this week and skiing was available until this weekend on the Mont Fort glacier until then too.
The rate for 7 nights over Christmas is CHF 4,500 on a self-catering basis. Delivered meals are extra. Please contact info@secretalps.com for details and price for an 8 night, catered stay.

The best attribute of the chalet without a doubt is its location. With magnificent views across the central massif mountain range and doorstep skiing in and out it is really quite unique

The chalet is essentially a 4/5 bedroom chalet in a small village called Anzere which is next to Crans Montana. There is one double and three continental twins with an extra lounge on the top floor that has two single beds ( one childs)
The transfer from Geneva is approximately two hours and at an altitude of 1600m it is generally as good as anywhere in the Alps for snow
The resort has recently invested heavily in new lifts and although it caters for all abilities it boasts some amazing powder and is especially suited to beginners and intermediate, with an extremely good kindergarten
