There are two bars in the village but if you want lots of night life then a cheap taxi to the top is possible where there is more choice.

You can arrive/depart any day of the week and any time of day.
Chalet Sherpa has a fantastic friendly and welcoming atmosphere. The chalet sleeps up to 25 guests in 10 bedrooms. Chalet 'La Credence' is close to the village of Morzine in the French Alps. A charming and lovingly restored farmhouse with log fire dating back to the nineteenth century, it retains the ambience of a family home. This is reflected in the welcome you'll receive when you stay with us. The Chalet sleeps 16-18 in comfort and a free ski-bus stops outside the door.
The main living room is spacious with plenty of space for everyone to sit and relax. Sky TV, DVD and Apple Bluetooth docking station speaker for iPhones are provided, as well as a large selection of board games. Free super-fast WiFi is also provided. There is a Wine Fridge, Dishwasher, & Washing Machine etc in the fitted kitchen.

We have our seven bedroom catered chalet available for sole occupancy for New Year week. It sleeps up to 18 people very comfortably as two of the rooms are large family rooms. The price for sole occupancy that week would be £579 per person.
Food is exceptionally important to us and we can promise you food way beyond the usual chalet menu. We have a Certificate of Excellence on Trip Advisor so please do have a look to see what other guests think of us. The above price includes cooked and continental breakfast, afternoon tea with home-made cakes and four course evening meal with wine on six nights.
We shuttle you to and from the lifts of your choice everyday so you don’t need to worry about walking or waiting around for ski buses. The local lifts at Pleney, Ardent, Prodain or Super Morzine are around 10 minutes drive away and we also have a smaller, unlinked resort called Roc D’Enfer just two minutes from the chalet which is a real hidden gem.
The chalet has an outside hot tub, sauna, large lounge area with open log fire and separate bar area with well stocked honesty bar. We are within walking distance of local shops, bars and restaurants.
We can arrange transfers from Geneva for an additional cost.

Catered rate 120€ per person per night. Children under 12 have a 20% discount and the under 2’s stay for free.
Alpe d’Huez is a high altitude resort, ensuring great skiing conditions throughout the season. Fantastic for skiers and boarders of all levels.
Our main lounge and dining room feature a log fire, honesty bar, English Sky TV, DVD player, DVD’s, Wii U & games and classic family board games. Free Wi-Fi throughout.
For the adults, our spa area has a hot tub and sauna for added luxury & relaxation.
Each guest room is en-suite and has a TV and DVD player, tea/coffee making facilities and a fridge.
Our Catered rates include a luxury continental breakfast with a hot option on alternate days, afternoon tea and a full 3 course dinner.
Evening meals are cooked by an award-winning chef and highlight the best regional and seasonal ingredients.

Chalet Beau Soleil can currently offers New Year availability. You could have 30th December to 6th January for around £710pp, this includes return Geneva airport transfers (about 1 hour 15 minutes). A little bit about us:
We are about 15 minutes from Chatel and provide a private chauffeur driven minibus to get your group to their choice of lifts and back each day, allowing for access to the whole Portes de Soleil ski area.
The chalet is massive, with en-suite bedrooms and American-sized suite rooms that have both a bath, separate shower room and TV lounge attached to each of them.
