This beautiful barn conversion sleeps 10 people in 5 bedrooms & will be finished to a very high standard. It has a hot tub, sauna, and large garden looking towards Avoriaz.
Ferme De Couttetaz has an amazing location in Morzine, just 250 metres from the tourist office & a 3 minutes on foot to all the shops, bars, restaurants and main ski lifts.

The price doesn't include return transfers to Geneva but we can easily arrange this for you, we have our own experienced drivers and top of the range VW transporter 8 seater mini-buses. Return transfers cost from €60 euros per person based on 10 people. Please email for a quote once you’ve made your booking.

Once we confirm that, we require a 25% deposit with the balance due 10 weeks before departure - all payments can be done securely through your online booking via credit card. A security deposit of €1,000 per chalet will also be pre authorised 2 week prior to your stay, and cancelled after your stay providing the chalet is left in accordance with our terms and conditions.

The best attribute of the chalet without a doubt is its location. With magnificent views across the central massif mountain range and doorstep skiing in and out it is really quite unique

The chalet is a 4/5 bedroom chalet in a small village called Anzere which is next to Crans Montana. There is one double and three continental twins with an extra lounge on the top floor that has two single beds ( one child’s)
The transfer from Geneva is approximately two hours and at an altitude of 1600m it is generally as good as anywhere in the Alps for snow
The resort has recently invested heavily in new lifts and although it caters for all abilities it boasts some amazing powder and is especially suited to beginners and intermediate, with an extremely good kindergarten

A little bit about us:
We are about 15 minutes from Chatel and provide a private chauffeur driven minibus to get your group to their choice of lifts and back each day, allowing for access to the whole Portes de Soleil ski area.
The chalet is massive, with en-suite bedrooms and American-sized suite rooms that have both a bath, separate shower room and TV lounge attached to each of them.

We have a couple of options for your dates (27/12/2018 - 3/1/2019) - either La Terrasse or Chalet Bravo located in the wonderful village of Samoens in the Grand Massif ski area.
La Terrasse is a lovely and bright modern self-catered chalet. It has 3 bedrooms. The 1st bedroom is ensuite, the beds can be either a large double or split into two singles. The 2nd bedroom shares a bathroom and the beds can be a double or two singles. The third bedroom shares a bathroom and has bunk beds. In the open plan living room the sofa can be used as a sofa bed to make sleeping up to 8. The kitchen has everything you would need for a self catered holiday.
If you need more space then have a look at Chalet Bravo. This lovely 4 bed chalet has 2 double or twin rooms and 1 double room - all are ensuite and an additional room with bunk beds which shares the bathroom with room 3.
The chalet has a utility room and the upstairs open plan living has wonderful views. The kitchen is well set up for self catering with a large dining table and comfy sofas in the living space with wood burning stove.
Samoens has been described as France's hidden secret. The resort holds it's French appeal and is very pretty - even more so around the Christmas and NY weeks. The ski area has 265km of skiable piste (this will have increased by next season) and goes to a height of 2500m. We are only 50mins from Geneva airport so you don't waste your holiday travelling.
