Ice and Fire
We are a small indepenant operator based in La Plagne with 5 chalets. We are looking an experienced chef to join our team this season.
The role involves creating a menu at the start of season and catering for up to 24 guests. You will be providing a cooked and continental breakfast, afternoon tea of cakes/biscuits and a delicious four course evening meal. We are a mid range company and the quality of our food reflects this our guests experience restaurant quality food in a relaxed homely atmosphere.
