The Desmeuniere is a beautifully restored 18th Century Farmhouse with 8 ensuite bedrooms each with flat screen tv and dvd player. This luxury catered ski chalet boasts a spacious open plan lounge and dining area with log fire and vaulted ceilings, balconies with superb views, a second mezzanine lounge with media facilities, free wi-fi internet access, a heated ski and boot room, a sauna, plus a sunken outdoor hot tub set in the stunning grounds. We provide a minibus service to and from the slopes each day plus the free ski bus which operates every 10 minutes stops just outside the chalet. This chalet is just minutes from the brand new, high speed lift to Avoriaz via Prodains.
Your catered holiday includes your half board stay (cooked and continental breakfast, afternoon tea and cakes, a pre-dinner drink and canapes, plus 4 course evening meal with unlimited wine for 6 of your 7 night stay). It has some amazing facilities, including a private indoor swimming pool , hot tub, sauna and games room and is just 400m from the pistes, ski lift and village centre. The chalet has lovely views across the valley to Courchevel, leading onto a snowy meadow which is perfect for tobogganing!
We have a great team of chefs again this year, so we know the food will be good!

The resort itself is very picturesque, but also has a lively centre containing several good bars, arranged around a village square and the ‘Bar Le Timbale’ has live music and dj’s at the weekends. The village is part of the huge Paradiski area (consisting of La Plagne and les Arcs, offering some 425km of pistes) and the Champagny ski area is directly linked into La Plagne – you can be in La Plagne Centre in just 30 minutes. The village has an excellent local ski school and the ski hire shop we use also has a free overnight equipment store with boot warmers, meaning you can walk back to the chalet in your normal shoes instead of clomping there in big plastic ski boots!

Will-i-ski? is an independent owner run chalet company dedicated to bringing you a unique holiday you will not forget. We (Phoebe and Charlie) currently run the Chalet Marmotte in La Plagne 1800 and feel the chalet can deliver everything you require for a traditional and cosy chalet holiday.
The Chalet Marmotte sleeps up to 15 people in various room configurations. There is a lounge/dining area with a log fireplace and a separate ‘snug’ with games console and a TV for watching DVD’s.
We also have a Sauna to help soothe the muscles after a long days skiing.
La Plagne is the perfect setting for a great holiday’s skiing, its varied and can cater to all levels of skier or snowboarder. It is also linked with Les Arcs to make up the joint area called the Paradiski offering 425km of pistes, the second largest ski area in the world.

Slopes (blue and red) and lively apres bar 600m, La Tzoumaz resort centre 800m, free ski bus stops 100m from the chalet. We run a drop-off service every morning, so getting out on the slopes is quick, getting back is easy and all down hill! Direct access to Verbier (ideal for even the most advanced skiers, the slopes of La Tzoumaz are quiet and perfect for beginners and progression) via the telecabine and other chairlifts. 1hr 40 from Geneva, just 30 minutes from Sion, see PowdAir and Swissair for flights.
