| We are 2 families who always forget to get their ski holiday booked early!
We are looking for a lovely place to stay for February half-term week 10th to 17th Feb 2018. There are 9 of us (4 adults, 2 teens - aged 17y and 15y - and 3 children - aged 11y, 11y and 9y) and we need 5 bedrooms. We definitely prefer sole occupancy as we tend to spread out!
We had a great time in Alpe d'Huez last year but would consider a French resort within 10h of Calais. We expect to drive down and would have independent transport in the resort.
Ideally we would like a good value catered option, but could consider self-catered, especially if it were possible to buy meals in. We would love to have a hot-tub too!
Last year we had several offers <£7500 and found a catered option through The Solutions Room for E4500.

We still have availability at Chalet Abbaye, St Jean d’Aulps, for the week commencing Sunday February 11th 2018.
The chalet sleeps 9 in 5 bedrooms and has 3 bathrooms. There is a large open plan kitchen, dining and living room which opens onto a terrace with hot tub and views of the mountains. There is parking for 3 cars, free wifi and English television. We provide a welcome pack for your arrival.
Chalet Abbaye is an 8 hour drive from Calais. We can recommend the local ski station of La Grande Terche. Alternatively we are just are a 12 minute drive from Ardent which links up to the whole of the Portes du Soleil. It is a short walk to the local bars and restaurants.
We can offer you the same price as this year of 3400 Euros, self catered. This price includes linen, towels and exclusive use of the chalet and hot tub.
Optional boulangerie breakfast deliveries and ski hire fitted at the chalet are available at extra cost.

Location: Les Deux Alpes | Hello Emmy,
We can offer you sole occupancy of Chalet Morville in Les 2 Alpes for the week commencing Saturday February 10th, 2018 on a catered basis for 7500 Euros (about £6600). Our normal rate is 9000 Euros, but in view of a cancelled booking we are able to offer you this much reduced rate.
The chalet is extremely spacious and comfortable with:
- 5 ensuite bedrooms;
- outdoor hot tub;
- games room with pool table and table football;
- cinema room with 6 recliner chairs, projector and surround sound (we find this is great for keeping the kids entertained of an evening!)
- drying room with heated boot warmers;
- fitness suite with gym equipment and a massage area;
- sauna; and
- spacious lounge with several separate seating areas, a wood burning stove and UK Sky TV.
We are located in a satellite village off the main resort area, and so offer a peaceful retreat at the end of a day's skiing. Access to the resort is easy, as the village is linked via a gondola which operates until 7pm each evening, so there is plenty of time for apres up the mountain before heading to the chalet for dinner.
The Les 2 Alpes resort is a great one for intermediates, with lots of wide blue and red runs. For any experts in your group it is also possible to access La Grave, and neighbouring Alpe d'Huez can be skied on the 6 day lift pass in case you wanted to head back there for a day as well.
Our catering is restaurant quality, as we have a professional chef working with us this winter. Beer, wine and soft drinks are also included with the meals.
