Our chalet Le Passe-Temps meets all your requirments.
Situated on a quiet dead end street, but on walking distance to the village centre with all commodities. Easy acces to the slopes by car or frequent navette (250 m from the chalet): nearest lift 2 km, Morzine (acces to the whole Portes du soleil, 650 km slopes) 4km/10 minutes.
Sleeps up to 12: 5 bedrooms, each with bathroom/shower en suite, so all privacy you can wish. But also a real spacious living, with fireplace (free wood), sattelite TV, Wifi, and a large real Finnish sauna with seperate relaxationroom (4p), a competitionsize pool billiards, so all opportunities to be together in the evening.
As we are gourmets ourselves, we have equiped our kitchen with everything you can wish for. And for the children we have a special place in the living. And we have a cot, little bath, commode, high chair (more if needed) and all kind of toys. Outside there is a playing ground (but when there is snow unaccassible).
Separate skiroom with extra fridge, wasching machine and dryer.

We can do 6 days, 18th to 24th for £995 self catering. Sleeps up to 11 (12 with pullout bed). Outdoor 8 seat hot tub & log stove. A little over an hour from Geneva airport, and 7.5hr drive from Calais. Great location, valley views. Local ski area just above chalet with ski school, not quite walking distance but less than 1000m. Bus stop 200m. Ardent/Morzine access to heart of Portes du Soleil just 5-10 mins away, very easy to get to with Gondolas up to Avoriaz high altitude skiing. 5 min walk into the village of St Jean D'Aulps with child friendly restaurants and bars.

I think we have 2 perfect chalets for you in the centre of Morzine.
Chalet Hibou sleeps 8-10 in 4 bedrooms and Claire Vallee 10-12 in 5 bedrooms. Both couldn't be nearer the ski lifts really! Claire Vallee is 100 meters from the Super Morzine lift and Chalet Hibou in the tourist office square 200m from the Pleney lift. Both are available from the 18th February for the week.
Claire Vallee has a private outdoor hot tub have a beautiful view overlooking the river and the surrounding mountains. Claire Vallee is a fully catered chalet and sleeps 10-12 people in 5 en-suite bedrooms.

The chalet is in the village of Saint Jean D Aulps .Nr Morzine. 1hr 15 min drive from Geneva
airport.
Chalet Aslan has 4 large bedrooms, Master bedroom on suite,
2 bedrooms that are twins or triples. Sharing a bathroom
Downstairs bedroom has double bed & bunks, and a big bathroom to its self.

Chalet North Star is a brand new chalet with a hot tub in Morzine. It has been designed and fitted to the highest specification. At 250m² arranged over 3 floors it feels spacious and light, and there are views over the valley to the arresting peak of Nantaux beyond.

Chalet Kapa is a prestigious new chalet in central Morzine with a hot tub for up to 12 guests. The chalet has been recently completed and is ready for Winter 17/18 ski holidays.
The chalet nestles on the lower slopes of the Pleney mountain and is 5 minutes walk from the village and lifts. Experienced skiers will be able to ski to the chalet from the Pleney B piste above. The chalets large windows take in the picturesque view of the village and beyond to Avoriaz on the cliff tops above.

Perfect for your group, only 3,950 Euros for exclusive use.
Chalet 'La Credence' is close to the village of Morzine in the French Alps. A charming and lovingly restored farmhouse with log fire dating back to the nineteenth century, it retains the ambience of a family home. This is reflected in the welcome you'll receive when you stay with us. The Chalet sleeps 16-18 in comfort and a free ski-bus stops outside the door.
The main living room is spacious with plenty of space for everyone to sit and relax. Sky TV, DVD and Apple Bluetooth docking station speaker for iPhones are provided, as well as a large selection of board games. Free super-fast WiFi is also provided. There is a Wine Fridge, Dishwasher, & Washing Machine etc in the fitted kitchen.
Although the interior of the chalet is non-smoking, we do provide an outside area for those who require it. Rooms vary in shape and size as reflects the character of the building, but all are decorated and furnished to a high standard. We have a charming, enclosed garden to the front of the chalet where you can sit and relax in the sun and there is a large car park suitable for 4 - 6 vehicles, if you are driving over to the Alps.
