I have three potential self-catered solutions for you for these dates - one is a large chalet sleeping up to 11, another is a self-catered chalet sleeping 8 (both of these are out of town and do require own transport however) and the third is a self-catered apartment sleeping max 8 in Morzine centre. Ferme De Couttetaz has only just been put online hence it being available w/c Sunday 25th Feb. It’s brand new for winter 17/18, currently being renovated.
This beautiful barn conversion sleeps 10 people in 5 bedrooms & will be finished to a very high standard. It has a hot tub, sauna, and large garden looking towards Avoriaz.
Ferme De Couttetaz has an amazing location in Morzine, just 250 metres from the tourist office & a 3 minutes on foot to all the shops, bars, restaurants and main ski lifts.

The cost is 4750 euros, this includes:-
• Linen and towels
• Tourist Tax
• End of stay clean
The price doesn't include return transfers to Geneva but we can easily arrange this for you, we have our own experienced drivers and top of the range VW transporter 8 seater mini-buses. Return transfers cost from €60 euros per person based on 10 people. Please email for a quote once you’ve made your booking.

Once we confirm that, we require a 25% deposit with the balance due 10 weeks before departure - all payments can be done securely through your online booking via credit card. A security deposit of €1,000 per chalet will also be pre authorised 2 week prior to your stay, and cancelled after your stay providing the chalet is left in accordance with our terms and conditions.

Thank you for your enquiry for the w/c Sunday 25th Feb. We have the fantastic Chalet Kapa available that week!
Chalet Kapa is a prestigious new chalet in central Morzine with a hot tub for up to 12 guests. The chalet has been recently completed and is ready for Winter 17/18 ski holidays.
The chalet nestles on the lower slopes of the Pleney mountain and is 5 minutes walk from the village and lifts. Experienced skiers will be able to ski to the chalet from the Pleney B piste above.
Chalet Kapa is on 4 floors with the large entrance hall, boot room and garage at road level. Bedrooms are on the first floor with the master suite on the third floor. The second floor has a large open plan living area with a central kitchen, dining and comfy seating at either end.
This is a fabulous chalet for entertaining, family holidays or friends enjoying time together.

The price for w/c 25th Feb 2018 is €5,500 euros and includes:
• Meet and great at the chalet to show you how everything works
• Linen and Towels
• Tourist Tax
• Mid stay clean

If you would like a chef for breakfasts or dinners then this can be arranged. Also the service can be altered to suit you from a dinner having been prepared and you would just need to put it in the oven to a chef at the chalet cooking a 3 course dinner in front of you.
