Dear Janet,

How about Alpe d'Huez? Le Dauphin is a fabulous chalet, right in the heart of the village with a choice of 2 lifts and pistes within 50m both taking you to the main ski area and ESF meeting point.

The chalet is set over 4 floors with a very spacious games room on the ground floor - the table football table is a real hit with the children!! There are 7 en-suite bedrooms sleeping 17 very comfortably. South-facing living room with log fire, massive kitchen/dining room so you can all eat at the same time or have the option of an earlier supper for the children.

I would stay away from the first week in March - you'll be in the French half-term holidays and its the Parisien zone plus the Belgium holidays - the pistes will be busy. I understand that there is a large music festival programmed here for the week starting 9th March so the ideal week I think would be the 16th March!!

The price is 775 euros per adult and 655 euros per child.

Do let me know if you would like further information.

Kind Regards,

Sarah Rouyer

Dear Janet,

Both our chalets in Alpe d'Huez might suit your group.

To keep prices lower perhaps I might suggest the week starting 16th March - you'll finally be out of the French holidays!!

Whilst both can accommodate you, Le Dauphin is considerably larger and has a huge games room. However, you'll not use all the bedrooms in the Baron and so one of the rooms could be used as a den (we can put a TV and Playstation in there!!).

In terms of prices, to include our traditional catering package the Baron is 660 euros per adult and 560 per child. Le Dauphin is 100 euros more per person.

We are able to arrange private transfers, discounted ski hire, delivery of lift passes and ski tuition - we have excellent relations with the ski schools here and can hand-pick instructors

Our chef Andy can accommodate all dietary requirements and if you'd prefer a 'simpler' catering package we can adapt the price so please do enquire.

Let me know if you would like any further information.

Kind Regards,

Sarah
