I am looking for a self catered chalet, for sole occupancy, for skiing in Zillertal 3000.
Dates are 23rd Feb 2019 for 1 week (+/- 1 day).
Group size: 10-12 (all adults)
Ensuite bathrooms are preferred.
If ski in/ski out can be done (for any chalets higher in the mountains) - great, if not within 200 metres of the ski lifts.
Boot room with boot warmers is preferred.
Sauna/hot tub would be a bonus, but not vital.

We are not in Austria but can offer an exclusive property for sole occupancy in MORZINE, FRANCE located an hour 15 mins from Geneva.

We are in the Alp d’huez Ski Area which is high altitude at 3060 so snow sure all season. We have some of the best off piste and back country too and can organise guiding for your group.
The après is pretty good too!

NEW FOR 2019: large outdoor hot tub with amazing views!
We are about 15 minutes from Chatel and provide a private chauffer driven minibus to get your group to their choice of lifts and back each day, allowing for access to the whole Portes du Soleil ski area - without the need for walking!
Our chalet is massive, with en-suite bedrooms and American-sized suite rooms that have both a bath, separate shower room and TV lounge attached to each of them. With free on-site parking, massive wrap around balconies, large outdoor hot tub with amazing views and WiFi access throughout.
We are fully catered:

4-course meals with complimentary wines
Cooked and continental breakfasts
Afternoon tea
We can arrange for delivery of ski kit hire directly to the chalet for fitting, as well as lift passes.
Our nearest bar is a 5 minutes' walk away, with plenty of other local distractions for any non-skiers in your party, such as a new spa in Chatel, dog sleigh rides, ice skating and much more.
Chatel is a great resort for all ages and abilities - linking into Avoriaz, Morzine and Les Gets, with some very good snow parks for boarders. The local ski schools are excellent and well located for handy drop offs and pick ups - we'd be happy to make recommendations.

We are not in Zillertal but if you want to consider other locations we canoffer Chalet Chiron, 5 bedrooms and 5 bath/shower rooms (can sleep 12 with use of double sofa bed in a tein bedded room. Ssuna, ski in/out, couple ofmi utes to village centre, 1 hour from Geneva. Private road,parking for ip t 5 cars
Self catered €5090 includes linen, towels, tea towels, final clean, wifi.
