I have a chalet which matches your requirements perfectly - Chalet Benjamin. It's available from Sun 13th Jan to Sat 9th Feb and I can offer you a good deal for the 27-day period. It has all the criteria you're asking for plus a woodburning stove and great kitchen. It's a 12 min walk from town centre, but only 5 min on the free ski bus, or 3 min up to the Prodains cable car.
