We are an independent owner run chalet with twelve years of experience in high end hospitality. My husband Tom is a professional chef with Michelin star restaurant background.

The chalet commands a fantastic scenic location overlooking the "Lac du Chevril" and is positioned approximately 700m from the ski lifts in Tignes Les Boisses, Espace Killy. You can also start your day from Val D’Isere.
We provide minibus transport to and from the slopes and from the bars if you fancy some apres ski.
You will have snow sure skiing in the high altitude Resorts of Espace Killy (Tignes and Val d'Isere).

You can arrive/depart any day of the week and any time of day.
Chalet Sherpa has a fantastic friendly and welcoming atmosphere. The chalet sleeps up to 25 guests in 10 bedrooms. We have a brilliant chalet here in Les Gets available from w/c 28th December. We are part of the massive Portes du Soleil network with over 650kms of piste skiing. The chalet is really close to the pistes and lifts and you can ski right to 100 m of the chalet door. It has 4 bedrooms and can sleep up to 10 people in a very modern layout with stunning views and everything you'd expect from a top quality ski chalet. Happy to offer sole or shared chalet option if interested let me know and I can quote for both. Cost per night for an idea is £85ppn.
Kavakia is located on the free bus route we do provide drop off services to insure ski school deadlines are met !!!!. Chalet Kavakia is fully catered with breakfast, tea and cake, 4 course meal with quality wine, linen and towels. We are happy to assist with ski lessons, ski equipment and transfers.
We have lived in Les Gets and operated Mr Ski for 15 years so rest assured we are genuine, no what we are doing and there will be no surprises!.
If you don't know Les Gets its a beautiful alpine resort great for all levels of skiers. The village was here long before the skiing so has a nice atmosphere with plenty of bars, restaurants and boutiques etc. We have approximately 70% of repeat bookings - people keep coming back to Les Gets.

How does this work for you?
NEW FOR 2019: large outdoor hot tub with amazing views!
We are about 15 minutes from Chatel and provide a private chauffeur driven minibus to get your group to their choice of lifts and back each day, allowing for access to the whole Portes du Soleil ski area - without the need for walking!
Our chalet is massive, with en-suite bedrooms and American-sized suite rooms that have both a bath, separate shower room and TV lounge attached to each of them. With free on-site parking, massive wrap around balconies, large outdoor hot tub with amazing views and WiFi access throughout.
We are fully catered:

We can arrange for delivery of ski kit hire directly to the chalet for fitting.
Our nearest bar is a 5 minutes' walk away, with plenty of other local distractions for any non-skiers in your party, such as a new spa in Chatel, dog sleigh rides, ice skating and much more.
Chatel is a great resort for all ages and abilities - linking into Avoriaz, Morzine and Les Gets, with some very good snow parks for boarders. The local ski schools are excellent and well located for handy drop offs and pick ups - we'd be happy to make recommendations.
