| A friend and I are looking for a last minute break over Christmas - a twin room in a catered chalet would be ideal. One experienced skier, one nature-loving non-skier so we'd love to be in a place where access to the slopes is good, but there are a range of other options eg snowshoeing, sledging, Nordic skiing too. Walking distance to a village would be great and a hot tub or sauna would be the icing on the cake. No flights booked yet so price will be important - please include in your responses

I have a room available from 22nd December here in Les Gets. We are part of the massive Portes du Soleil network with over 650kms of piste skiing. The chalet is really close to the pistes and lifts and you can ski right to 100 m of the chalet door. It has 4 bedrooms with ensuites and can sleep up to 10/12 people in a very modern layout with stunning views and everything you'd expect from a top quality ski chalet. You would be joining a family with the youngest child of 7 years.
Kavakia is located on the free bus route we do provide drop off services to insure ski school deadlines are met !!!!. Chalet Kavakia is fully catered with breakfast, tea and cake, 4 course meal with quality wine, linen and towels. We are happy to assist with ski lessons, ski equipment and transfers. Plenty to for non-skiers with walking pistes, altitude bars by foot and gondala.
We have lived in Les Gets and operated Mr Ski for 15 years so rest assured we are genuine, no what we are doing and there will be no surprises!. Price of £440 pp.
If you don't know Les Gets its a beautiful alpine resort great for all levels of skiers. The village was here long before the skiing so has a nice atmosphere with plenty of bars, restaurants and boutiques etc. We have approximately 70% of repeat bookings - people keep coming back to Les Gets.
