Hi! Let's Ski, Christmas to New Years!

...with that said, my Disclaimer:
I've used this site time and time again, and will not reply to spam or recommendations for "solutions" outside of my stated criteria, as not to waste my time or yours.

Us/Party Dynamic:
-Me & My Wife
-Her Mother
-Her Sister
-Her Niece (5 years old)

Seeking:
-Walking distance to Megeve center
-Willing to take a bus to ski
-3 proper beds, 2 baths
-Kitchenette

Max Budget:
-$500 per night, so ~$5,000

Desired, but not required:
-Charming with a nice open dining area
-Wood-burning fireplace
-Parking
