I am working with a respected tour operator who are looking to add chalets to their portfolio for 23-24 on a 3-year rental contract basis.
The locations we are considering are Meribel, La Plagne, Tignes, Val, La Rosiere.
Your chalet needs to be close to the piste (without transport) and have sauna, hot tub and en-suite bedrooms. There is some flexibility size-wise but we are ideally looking at 3-6 bedrooms.
