| We are a group of 8 people (4 adults and 4 kids under age of 10) looking for an apartment/chalet.
Our requirements: walking distance to the ski lift (preferably Le Pleney if in Morzine), hot tub. At least 4 bedrooms, open to 3 bedrooms but nobody should sleep in the living room (so if there's one family room that fits 4 plus two bedrooms for 2 people is ok)
We also have flexibility on the dates to be 15/02 to 22/02.

Our owner run chalet is located in the village of Samoens along with Flaine, Morillon, les Carroz and Sixt forms the Grand Massif offering over 265 kms of marked runs. The 4th largest and in the top 5 snow sure resorts in France. Just 1 hour from Geneva Airport.
Although we are only 400m from the Gondola and the public ski buss stops out side the chalet, we do offer a private mini bus service to and from the gondola in under a minute, so there is no need to be walking in ski boots. Once back at the chalet the village is on your doorstep.
The old farm house chalet offers 5 bedrooms all with small en suite shower rooms and toilets.
7 nights includes.
Hearty home cooked 3 course evening meals with cheese board and port on 5 nights.
One evening is staff night off and one evening we leave a slow cooked meal to re heat
Breakfast each day with cooked options on 5 morning and 2 mornings continental.
Return to the chalet after skiing to enjoy home baked cake or biscuits.

Have you looked at Samoëns, the next valley over from Morzine with plenty of skiing in the Grand Massif area.
L'Ancienne Scierie is available for those dates in beautiful Samoëns just an hour from Geneva, we have 3 bedrooms which can be either all doubles or two doubles and a twin with sofa beds in the main bedroom and bedroom 2. We have had 2 young children share the larger sofa bed in the main bedroom or obviously they could split across rooms if that works.
It is a 2/3 minute drive to the bottom of the Grand Massif bubble or the ski bus goes from 50 yards away and takes 5/6 minutes. Alternatively a few of our guests have taken to leaving their skis and boots at the hire shop (free) and walking the 10 minutes.
The apartment is self catering but just a 5/6 minute stroll into town where you'll find plenty of bars and restaurants. It is fully equipped and has a hot tub on the patio to soak the aching bodies after a day of skiing

We can offer you sole occupancy of our cosy, well appointed family chalet in Morgins Switzerland from 14-21 Feb 2026 for £3,300 all in.
We have 5 double rooms with 4 bathrooms (2 ensuite) and indoor parking next to the door. We have a log fire, heated boot lockers, and there is a south facing terrace, WiFi, UK satellite TV, and games.
Morgins is a pretty village in the heart of the Portes du Soleil and right on the border with France, 5 minutes drive from Chatel. We have been enjoying it for 15 years and believe you get the best of all worlds.
Skiing from the village is fantastic for all levels of ability. There is a new gondola perfect for accessing the Swiss side, the ski school and the iconic views of the Dents du Midi. A continuous free shuttle takes you there in 2 minutes from outside the chalet, and there is another chairlift 50 metres from our back door which takes you up to the quiet slopes of Chatel on the French side. You can access everything the Portes du Soleil has to offer easily from the doorstep.
We are less than a 1½ hour drive from Geneva Airport and we recommend picking up a car for easy transfers, it's also useful for grocery shopping (beyond the 2 small supermarkets in the village) and popping to Chatel.
Our guests enjoy a 20% discount on ski hire.
