i'm looking for a catered chalet for 8 people, for a week beginning either Saturday, 14th Feb '26 or Sunday, 15th Feb '26.
A snow-sure resort preferred, and we would really like to be fairly central in a decent sized town / village with alpine charm (to cater for non-skiers in the group.

Marmotte Mountain Retreat is located in Argentiere in the Chamonix Valley - at the foot of the infamous les Grands Montets ski resort.
The Chamonix Valley is 16km’s long, made up of five major ski stations as well as the iconic l’Aiguille du midi cable car. The valley has an excellent snow record with 90% of the ski area above 2000m, making it one of the most snow sure resorts in Europe. With over 150km’s of patrolled ski runs, limitless off piste opportunities - including the world renowned Vallee Blanche descent - and four dedicated nursery slopes for beginners - the Chamonix Valley offers a little something for everyone.

Our owner-run chalet is located in the traditional market town village of Samoens where you get the best of both worlds with some fantastic skiing and a lovely French village with walks along the valley floor, weekly markets and a pedestrianised village square with coffe shops. Along with Flaine, Morillon, les Carroz, Sixt and Samoens forms the Grand Massif. The 4th largest and in the top 5 snow sure resorts in France, offering over 265 kms of marked runs. The old farm house chalet offers 5 bedrooms all with small en suite shower rooms and toilets. The whole 2nd floor is open plan with a central chimney dividing the dining area and lounge with plenty of seating for all.
