Good afternoon
on the occasion of a sporting event, I am a travel agent looking to accommodate professionals in or near l'Alpe d'Huez in the summer 2026. That would be for 2 or 3 nights starting July 23rd, ending July 25th or 26th.
We have about 50 people to accommodate that can be split into smaller goups of 5-8-10-15
Ideally everyone wants their own private bedroom. Breakfasts are a plus but they are not mandatory. Chalets, Gîtes, Guesthouses, all sorts of accommodation are possible.
